The 15 page divorce papers have been leaked online and the case will be heard before a Lagos High Coutrt any day now. This comes less than a week after she addressed her marriage breakdown for the first time on her Vlog.

Below are a few of the claims Toke Makinwa is making against Maje Ayida & his baby mama Anita Solomon.

In the decree of marriage dissolution Toke cites not just her husband but his mistress and baby mama Anita Solomon.

Toke claims she lost a N20 Million endorsement deal with an unnamed telecommunications company due to the cheating scandal involving Maje Ayida and Anita Solomon last year.

Toke claims Maje never contributed financially to their household, including not paying their house rent on two occasions which led to their landlord embarrassing Toke.

Toke claims Maje was diverting funds to the UK for upkeep of Miss Solomon and their baby.
